Although we personally love animals, some buyers may not share the same love and some even have allergies or phobias. For that reason its best to make sure that your pet is not present at any showings. Take the pets on a walk or take them for a car ride to keep them happy while your home is being shown so potential buyers can see your home with no distractions.
